About the position

We are looking for a project manager who wants to work closely with the business and drive the development of office spaces for our client. The role suits you who thrives in a varied and dynamic everyday life, where you can combine strategic work with presence in the organization.

The role involves managing incoming needs, writing specifications, reviewing quotes, and following up on ongoing work. You act as a point of contact both internally and with subcontractors in construction, ventilation, and other technical areas. At the same time, you lead the dialogue with other stakeholders responsible for the renovation projects themselves. In smaller projects, such as relocation projects, you are responsible for financial follow-up according to set frameworks.

Your qualifications

• Project management education or extensive experience as a project manager.
• Swedish and English in spoken and written form.
• Driver's license.

Salary: Fixed monthly salary

Extent: Full-time, permanent

Start: Immediately, considering your possible notice period
